Plandroid update version 1.1.0.0 has been released with new features and improved stability — download the latest version today!
The first update to Plandroid is now available for download. This version offers a lot of new features, as well as improvements to the user interface and of course a number of bug fixes.
A brief summary of the new features in this version:
- You can work in air flow required (e.g. L/s) as well as in power (e.g. kW)
- The program now fully supports imperial as well as metric (SI) units
- Designs can be printed directly (at full printer resolution)
- PDF plan images in vector format are rendered in full resolution to the screen and printer
- There is a new Draw door plan tool
- There is a new Draw rigid duct tool
- There is a new Draw shadow line grille tool
- The Add note tool now supports drawing leader arrows
- More parts have been added to the demo parts catalog
- All tools display hints in the status bar to guide you in using them
You'll need to uninstall Plandroid 1.0.0.0 if you have it installed before you can install version 1.1.0.0 (Go to Start -> Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs, select Plandroid, and press the Remove button.) Then continue with the install as normal.
All your settings, catalogs and templates that you've been using will be preserved when you update to the new version.
